1) Onshore oppertunities 2) Offers good technical learning opportunities and encouragement for learning 3) If you are in good project offers good hike and monetory awards 4) good number of leaves per year 5) WFH is allowed if maanger is ok with it
Cons
1) Manager centric , you are required to depend on manager for a lot of things , and a lot of process and management keeps changing and everyone has different style 2 ) manager has a lot of power , in case he/she is determined to be biased with you they can find a lot of reasons and can block your growth 3 ) IJP is not always an option 4) sometimes manager is also gender biased 5) its a kind of rat race , everyone just tries to do what is required for promotion but not what they actually like to do , as the policy does not support employees to be innovative and manager just want you to do a work which he can showcase at leadership level , wil not care what u really want
