Pros

I loved working in Optum. As a newbie in the industry at the time, I can say this company is a good start to gain experience, develop skills, and build professional relationships. Working in Makati for an onsite set-up on a night shift may be difficult but the work culture, workload, and the management makes the stay bearable. They provide generous employee benefits as well.

Cons

Salary package can be more competitive.

None to mention really everything was truly great , Fully Remote is the BEST MORE and Productive and Healthiest environment they have fostered .
