Pros

Work-life balance is great. Many opportunities to learn new technologies and skills.

Cons

Small increases in raise unless you are promoted Decision is made by two to three levels above your manager. Promotions are hard to come by. Decision is also made by two to three levels above your manager. Proformance appraisals have quotas regardless of your own accomplishments. Upper management does not want too many employees to have a five (best score) and expects at one or two employees to have a two. Work performed is very bureaucratic. Lot of approvals are needed to get anything done. If you are working with offshore, expect a delay in communication since there is a small window of time that we are both available to touch base.

Pros

The company invests time into showing you that you matter to the company. Free breakfast to help you get going in the morning, wonderful ammenities available like the cafeteria, gym with personal trainer and more. Lots of support and team efforts. Truly feels like a family. Benefits galore, some available to you immediately.

Cons

Honestly, I love working for this company and I do not have one negative thing to say about them.

Pros

Working here has officially joined my personal list of the top employers I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of. It will remain at the very top as one of the best work-related experiences of my career. Looking back, I can genuinely say I loved my time with this company. They don't just talk about a supportive culture—they live it every day. They truly set the standard for what a healthcare company and its leadership teams should look like, and they have proven it time and again through their actions. They truly set the benchmark for workplace culture and leadership excellence.

Cons

None to mention really everything was truly great , Fully Remote is the BEST MORE and Productive and Healthiest environment they have fostered .
