This was my first job out of school and I worked here for about 3 years. I loved it and the people. It was really nice to have a place that understood as a recent grad, I didn't have much experience, and they were willing to take the time and train me. Due to personal reasons, I had to relocate out of Pittsburgh. So I was definitely sad I had to leave.

Cons

Having a full time job right after school was a little hard to adjust to. It felt like really long days, but I am realizing now that it is pretty normal. Also, a suit jacket isn't my go to choice for clothes. But I dealt with it
