For the past 9+ years, employees have gotten no salary increase or whatsoever. In fact, as time goes, employees keep losing more and more privileges every year. At the same time, Sr. management keeps getting 10s of millions added to their already fat salaries every year. Employees in the US are expected to work US time in addition to India and China time, all expected with zero compensation or recognition from management. Bonuses are not given for performance, they are just not given at all. When the company decides to give rewards or salary increases (every few years), it becomes all political. Money is only given to the employees that are "way" below market range (opposed to the other employees that are just below range). Also, raises and bonuses average about 1% to 2%, it is a slap on the face and you don't even see it in your pay check. The slogan at Oracle, if they do not leave, why pay them more?!
