- Work-life balance - Good health insurance - Low-level managers are kind and flexible

- No raises or bonuses companywide this year (except sales), and minimal to no raises in previous years, despite the stock performing well. - Few opportunities for growth, promotion, or transferring internally, even when you exceed expectations. - Mediocre vacation for hourly employees (just 2.5 weeks), of which they require you to spend four vacation days per year during "winter break". - Technologically behind the times: we still have to do a lot of work in Excel, only recently started using a SaaS platform, etc. - Senior management doesn't care about employee satisfaction or retention.
