Pros
Orasi has a relaxed atmosphere and has more of a family environment than other employers for which I have worked. There is a real sense of community when someone is in need of assistance, be it personal or professional. Given the nature of my department (Rural Testing) there is a frequent opportunity to travel to other states and countries should one wish. Orasi is a great place to learn fundamental skills in applicable programming, team work and team building, and customer interaction. I was a rank amateur in most of these skills when I started at Orasi, but they gave me the opportunity to better myself which showed me their willingness to invest in people, which has paid dividends both to the company as well as to those that work for them.
Cons
I had to take a moment to think of something. Sure, every company in existence has their faults, but by-and-large Orasi is a sound company. One area of improvement is matching 401k contributions. This is an area we as a company are actively working to achieve, and given our continued success this will become a reality.
