Pros
They’ll set you on the path towards success. Every employee’s input matters. Not once did I feel like I wasn’t valued for the experience I brought to the table. Even when my ideas were shot down, it was done so respectfully in favor of a more effective method/strategy. I spent two years here before I jumped on an opportunity that paid better.
Cons
The worst thing I experienced was the fact that we were paid once a month. I previously came from a company that paid bi-weekly, so it was a bit jarring initially.
