Pros
A flexible job. Exposure to projects for government agencies is great experience for junior and senior developers alike. Everyone in the company is really great even the “dreaded” management. If you treat them like normal people doing their jobs than **big shocker** they’ll treat you the same. We’re all humans after all. If you want respect you’ll have to show it first.
Cons
Apparently there’s still bad blood from Orbis’ acquisition of two separate companies. I’m sure its been a shock having to adapt to a new management style but some of the pushback management has been receiving has been downright unnecessary.
