      Leadership is non-existent and favoritism is a huge thing here; unfortunately that's the culture and how most people move up in this company. They give false promises and take no accountability for their actions. They point fingers instead of addressing the issue that stems from their own inadequacy. Avoid working here if you want to protect your dignity from insecure individuals.

      Pros

      Great group of really smart people in the field, and the work environment is very stimulating. Overall a good place to work. It’s a very social group of employees, and leadership is transparent, responsive, and willing to make adjustments where needed. Everyone is pretty down to earth.

      Cons

      Promotions tend to be slow. Priorities and deadlines shift quickly, which is normal for this stage of the company but can get exhausting sometimes.
