Company has lost its way - Technical Support Engineer Orchard Software Employee Review

Much if the new management has no clue what is going on and several retained managers are inept. They claim to have flexibility but if you fire a ton of people and dump all the work on others they will have to work all hours to keep up. Pay is terrible. They can’t claim to be family first and not be and still not pay the staff like competitors. Look anywhere else.
