      Benefits are great. XMAS Bonus and sometimes summer bonus as well

      Cons

      Management doesn’t know what they are doing. Some people need to be fired, but have been there so long they won’t. There is a Pay cap!!!! No matter how hard you work and do for this company you won’t make as much as you should!
