Pros
It's very busy. The days fly by, and due to the fast pace, I'm able to take on challenging work assignments, and learn constantly. My manager trusts me and gives me the opportunity to jump in. She encourages my professional development as well, encouraging me to attend classes and webinars. We have a strong team and I always feel that if I need to bounce an idea off someone, they're open to listening. We back each other up when needed. Benefits are very good, including a great tuition reimbursement program, as is location in the suburbs for those who don't want to commute into Boston or Cambridge, or worse, drive up 128 to Bedford/Burlington area.
Cons
We're growing quickly and that can have its challenges as far as needing more help, but I think it will be addressed in time. There could be more company-wide communication.
