      Flexible, smart people. They make and sell a cutting edge technology that makes a difference in patients lives. Plenty of space to do ones work and professional working environment.

      Cons

      One product that makes money for the company so when pricing pressure came, they couldn't withstand the blow. This caused layoffs. Strategic decisions are made by a small group of individuals at this privately held company.
