      First impression everyone is friendly. Taking on responsibilities and facing clients from day 2 Lots of interaction with manager and other staff

      Not many graduates, I'm one of 3 other graduates working, all different departments...can be daunting, probably get better with time

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
