      Pay is good. Gym is nice, I liked my coworkers.

      Cons

      Management style is very stressful. Poor communication, rude, elitist mentality. Everyone works about 55 hours a week no matter what.

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
