      Fair pay, great colleagues, product portfolio

      Cons

      Unbelievably disconnected upper management with no sense of what working for Orica is really with all that internal control, delusional goals, mistrust, missing work/life balance and overall feeling of job satisfaction. It seems that main goal is to build different kind of ivory towers for big boys. No understanding of different market dynamics in different regions and very Aussie driven approach.

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
