      I was able to go places in connection with my job. The company sends you to seminars so you will grow and be an asset to the company

      Your growth in Orica Philippines are influenced of how well you are like by your big boss. I probably do not know how to use the right words but I always call a spade a spade.

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
