      Salary is good Some really great people work here. Smart, capable and fun.

      Cons

      The leadership is old school, don’t promote diversity (despite their LinkedIn brand work). Little to no focus on employee development. Fighting too many fires with no focus on key priorities.

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
