      Stability of management needs improvement, no commitment to real diversity (only lip service to female diversity), there is a distinct lack of support and empathy from management

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
