      Great brand reputation and heritage, at least Calderon and his cronies were ousted before it was too late

      Cons

      Bureaucracy, overwhelming ERP system, lack of decision making, no clear strategy, CEO, CFO & ExCo have little knowledge of the industry, Global functions totally disconnected from the regional businesses. Employees not empowered or trusted

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
