      Work life balance. It will be a good place to retire if there isn't so much changes.

      Cons

      No career advancement. Did not make the effort to groom its employees. No interest in employees growth at all.

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
