Pros

Good people at mid leadership level and below. Small pockets of good senior leadership, most who leave. Good career opportunities to move around and progress.

Cons

Dysfunctional leadership team, with constant changes (and growing while the rest of the workforce and returns reduces), lack of strategic focus - always short term or initiative based decisions - and decisions driven by personal agendas. Poor culture that disregards values and doing the right the thing. In the height of the pandemic there was no trust by a number of executives - and every effort was made to defy government work-at-home restrictions to get people sitting in seats. Continual employee surveys demonstrate poor leadership and vision for the future - but nothing changes. Restrained resources, both in budgets and people, where those are overworked and wrong people are put into roles or continue to take on multiple roles that overwork and burn out. Dishonest, disrespectful and disappointing - the company withdrew benefits from agreed contracts after departing the organisation without any communication.

Pros

Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

Cons

Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
