      Inexperienced managers Non existent leadership Business once had clear vision for future growth and market positioning, now seems lost and directionless Reward, recognition, and oppurtunity for promotion based upon what you say NOT what you do.

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
