      Revolving door for upper management Old boys club Poor leadership selection which is often based on referrals and leads to executives without the correct experience/knowledge/fit Relatively lower salaries in comparison with peers in the industry in recent times

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
