Pros
There were some incredible people to work for and with. There were several people who were committed to helping their coworkers grow and improve and creating an enjoyable workplace.
Cons
Upper management was incredibly out of touch with their employees and the times. They knew all the right words to say about their commitment to technology, people, culture, etc. but their actions never seemed to match up with that.
