      Pros

      Innovation is happening and great people. Compensation is good.

      Cons

      Everyone internally jokes about how slow-moving we are and, layers of corporate leadership that are disconnected from the needs of the business and are focused pointless corporate projects. Not focused on efficiency, just focused on moving jobs offshore and unfortunately, blindly tied to SAP despite it introducing inefficiency everywhere.

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
