      - Large international company with opportunities across the world if you are willing to relocate - Good pay in comparison to other companies - Flexibility in your role to work on things that interest or excite you - A lot of autonomy, not a lot of management breathing down your neck all the time - Very strong safety culture

      - Lots of change in the last few years with new CEO's - Mining is in a downturn cycle, so job security is not what it once was

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
