      Great People, and excellent exposure to chemical engineering work on site. Had great projects where I really contributed to the future of the plant.

      Location of the plant is about 20 minutes drive from the city.

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
