Heard a lot of "but this is how we have always done it" in response to thoughts on how to improve process and information distribution. Legacy employees in high level roles need to lead change management from the front rather than resisting becoming a large scale operation Manager was more likely to blame and question dedication after easy fix mistakes than looking to help develop a relationship of mentorship and trust. Made it a difficult environment to ask questions - did not always feel like they were setting us up for success Bounced around back office roles to help aid staff shortages in other areas too often to feel effective or too knowledgable in any area
