Highly collaborative environment where everyone understands that we win and lose together. This core value is present at all levels of the organization. It's not easy to live into this every single day, but it's clearly an expectation and a constant aspiration for every team member, top to bottom.
Cons
As the organization grows upmarket, it's requiring constant evolution of roles, processes, and adopting new viewpoints and ways of thinking. To some, this can feel chaotic and like you never have a base to stand on. For those who have ridden these growth waves and see evolution as the alternative to stagnation, it's easier to absorb when you know the big "why" behind it.
