      Pros

      Very fast paced so you are never bored. Large customer base. Small list of employees. Everyone knows everyone.

      Cons

      Super busy all the time. No breaks, no matter how long your shift is. very hot for a standard kitchen environment.

      free food and drink, some good work culture

      Cons

      favoritism amongst waitresses, letting waitresses walk guests to their section... will always favor guests even if they mistreat you as a host
