Pros
Most OPH locations have a very loyal customer base which means lots of familiar faces. Employee discount on meals. You work for tips so you're pretty much in control of how much you make.
Cons
Work-Life balance not the best, but all servers are aware of this. Some opportunity for growth, but again, its restaurant management which means long work hours and not the best pay. Limited training for those not already familiar with the restaurant business.
