Terrible ownership to work for! - Manager Original Pancake House Employee Review

The other five days a week. Area manager was a dictator with zero people skills. Everything was a competition with him. He would always have to prove that he was better than you and everyone else. The GM was puking her brains out one day and he refused to let her go home. The rest of the mgrs had to threaten to walk out unless he let her go home. I ended up walking out on him about a week later. The ownership condoned this fools behavior. So many quality, dedicated competent mgrs quit because of this fool.
