Over staffed frequently - Server Assistant/Busser Original Pancake House Employee Review

Only scheduled bussers for weekends besides one busser who had seniority. Always over staff bussers, at the location I worked at they had 3 minimum, 4 frequently, and 5 max on one day. Often bussers would be so over staffed 2 sometimes 3 bussers would be bussing the same table. Bussers are responsible for cleaning everything once close happens, servers only need to fill silverware for dining room duties.
