Better options - Server Original Pancake House Employee Review

Long hours compared to most serving positions. If you open you can easily be there for 10-11 hours on you're feet with no breaks. You're expectation is to eat while you work. Favoritism determines section and seating. There's a lot of family members working there. The majority of the staff is Mexican back and front of the house. Which is unlike any other "American food" style of restaurant. Only the location in Roseville is like this from what I've seen. I've been to two other locations Eden prairie and Edina their staff seemed more diverse. The tips all go on your paycheck and they only pay 2 days out the month the 10th and the 26th. You will never have a 3 pay check month. Amongst other things.
