      Money is amazing if you actually work.

      Management is literally the most incompetent team I have ever seen in all my years of server. Like HR nightmare levels.

      free food and drink, some good work culture

      Cons

      favoritism amongst waitresses, letting waitresses walk guests to their section... will always favor guests even if they mistreat you as a host
