Pros
Helpfull and good team. Doesn't have. unnecessary daily meetings. They respect your life and support you when you need anything. Understanding team leaders. They r not stuck for working hours, everyone try to finish their job, they dont try to fullfill hours.
Cons
They could be more active for educational purposes. They generally leave it to you to improve yourself. Their educational background is not new and its a little hard to learn the project yourself. It could have been a better documentation and education program for starters. The salary is not bad for starter but because of the countries high inflation rates it melts .
