- Pay below the average of the market - No clear hierarchy or leadership - Shady management - Hires mainly russian speaking personnel - You have to ask for benefits, or else you won't get them. Overall the benefits suck. I had to wait 6 months to get health insurance, which was promised after 3 months of employment. - Pretty bad hardware, cheap Lenovo laptops - Bad office equipment, cheap chairs, and small tables. No meeting rooms in the office. It feels like it's a call center.
