Pros

I've been with Orkin going on 9 years and have worked in two different regions. I can say that the best part of working here is if you work hard and are honest, dependable, and have strong moral and ethics it will pay for itself. The support I've received from the higher ups has been genuine, authentic, and honest. You can't ask for more than that!!!

Cons

"CONS" are of the past to be honest. There is a new breed in the company ranks and if you are complaining of low wages or long hours then you need to get organized and put in the work!

Meeting sales or performance goals can be stressful, especially in customer-facing roles. Work schedules may include evenings or weekends to accommodate customer needs.
