Pros
You get recognized for your accomplishments. They allow you to work your way up instead of hiring management from outside. You really get out of it what you put into it. The sky is the limit on earning potential if you are willing to go the extra mile for the customer and employees. I really couldn't see myself doing anything other than this.
Cons
I have worked here for over 15 years. As with any company that is successful, we try many new things. Not all are successful but a lot are for the betterment in the long run. Yes some days are long, but if you can stick it out for the few bad days, most are pretty good. You can't say that about everywhere.
