Pros

Company truck, coworkers are a great bunch and my managers are great (except 1)

Cons

Pay seems good at first till you go commission and then its like the equivalent of garbage pay due to the hours. Micro management- One of my managers pretty much ruins this job for me. Hes super untrusting and constantly micro managing, thinks because hes smart he can talk down on you. He always has to have the last word even if hes complaining for no reason. Company claims to have this great training but in reality its crap and you learn from coworkers and the internet. Company is ULTRA CHEAP. These rich jerks act like they are strapped for cash and take it out on my branch manager whos easily the best gm ive ever had. They fail to understand the changing times and customer base. They are starting to fall behind as a result we are losing a ton of work due to terrible pricing and low employee morale.

Pros

Opportunity to work for a well-established and respected industry leader with a strong reputation. Competitive pay with performance-based incentives and opportunities to increase earnings. Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development to build valuable skills. Clear career advancement opportunities into leadership, management, or specialized roles. Excellent teamwork and support from experienced colleagues and managers.

Cons

Long hours and overtime may be required during peak pest control seasons. Daily exposure to pests, insects, rodents, and tight or uncomfortable spaces may not be suitable for everyone. Meeting sales or performance goals can be stressful, especially in customer-facing roles. Work schedules may include evenings or weekends to accommodate customer needs.
