I recently started with Orkin. I joined the Branch Manager Trainee program about two months ago. Never had any prior pest control experience. The training I have received up to this point has been phenomenal. I have learned about pests in a home or business that I never knew existed before. I’m learning about a culture that is built on customer service and value not only the customer but the employees as well. We are in the business of helping people! I enjoy and take a lot of pride in the fact that we protect people and their homes. I currently work in the South Central Region for a regional manager who truly cares for our customers and our employees, and is very passionate about making sure we deliver on the day and timeframe we confirmed with the customer.
Cons
Have not seen any Con’s at this time. But make no mistake about it, We work hard! So if you are not a hard worker, this opportunity is not for you.
