Pros
Free car is given after driving modules or passed. Driver safety is emphasized heavily. There is a significant ability to make decent money in this role.
Cons
You have to pay for the vehicle for work. Long hours. No work life balance. Too much volume to properly filter. The company, at large, does not invest enough in its people. Extreme turnover! Most of the good employees get run out or burned out due to lack of support. Historically people will be hired to fill positions due to the desperate need of seeking out new business and performing it’s daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual bonus-dependent work. Hands on training doesn’t truly exist outside of the probationary period once you’re hired and watch a bunch of videos and go to “school “most of any type of learning you have to do on your own. Management shows little interest of its individual team members outside of their Productivity.
