Front Office in Harrisburg, PA were terrible
I could go on for a while but just walk into the "office" and garner a first impression. Trust that instinct.
Sales Management was severely lacking and unprofessional
Pay is very low for amount of time needed to cover Allegany, Garrett, Mineral and Hampshire Counties as base pay is low. Very few leads given and you are expected to go out and drum up business with little help nor care that you are working a lot of hours from the bosses. You are on call every weekend meaning if a call comes in to office you are required to go look at it. You are paid next to nothing if a new customer calls in and the inhouse person sells them something over the phone but you are still required to go to the site. The theory is that you can sell them additional products or services. Great theory but it is just that.
