Alot of micromanaging was done. They are constantly checking where the car is, how long are you at your stops and never congratulate on sold jobs or completed jobs. Had a big problem with technicians not following the rules and they did what they wanted to get jobs done. During my time 4 different branch managers in 4 years . Large problem hiring and keeping technicians. Bed bug jobs weren't closed properly, termite techs sometimes wouldn't do a job because one thing was missing on paper work. Lots of turnover whether it was management or technicians. Never was asked for an exit interview. Also decided to change my pay structure saying that it was a "company decision" when no other regions or areas in company changed and then management said they can do what they want with our pay. Never received the additional pay I was supposed to receive after corporate training. Good company, does things right, but Dayton Ohio branch had many problems. I did what I could to get my sold jobs done because help was hard to get. Ended up getting into accident and then was in hospital with pneumonia from over working and stress of job. Seems like I wasn't allowed a job back after surgery and disability because of previous record because management couldn't get branch running properly and blamed issues on me vs taking responsibility and getting things done. Work life balance was awful as well. So many nights driving hour and half from Indiana back to Ohio.
