shift-diff cut. 1/3 of orhs staff got screwed with diff cut. good, experienced staff has left. a few new nurses hired, agency/travelers being used. morale is so far down especially amongst night shift. big bosses do not seem to care about it. health choice select benefits only good with-in the orhs system. quit making people with associate degrees feel less than worthy.
