This place is going down hill. Vacation policy is horrible. Benefits continue to get worse or eliminated. Insurance premiums continue to rise, took away education reimbursement, maternity leave is a joke for the women here, no offering of even a week for paternity leave, no more sick days. Everyone just looks so miserable around here. The "leaders" at the top are self absorbed and really do not care about their team members. The culture has really declined.
