Incredible empathy and understanding from anyone you approach within the business when you have an issue or problem, and the follow-through to assist you through that problem - Clear and realistic progression - Hard-work is recognised and rewarded - They have the right ethos and morals, which for a recruitment agency is hard to find

I can't think of anything huge, some more flexibility working from home after the pandemic - this may already be in the works
