Pros

Oshi serves a population that is in great need and the work itself can be meaningful. Many team members are dedicated, collaborative, and genuinely invested in helping clients improve. When teamwork was supported, collaboration across clinicians helped clients make real progress and feel well cared for. The mission has strong potential and fills an important gap in services

Cons

Despite the importance of the work, productivity was consistently prioritized over clinician wellbeing. Caseloads and performance expectations were often unsustainable, with limited attention to burnout, work–life balance, or long-term sustainability. There was also pressure to stretch or work at the edges of licensing and scope-of-practice restrictions, which created ethical concerns and placed clinicians in uncomfortable professional positions. Overall, the emphasis on output and growth outweighed support for clinicians and regulatory integrity.

Pros

Fantastic team working together for a good mission. Oshi’s model of care is exceptional and the Providers work hard for their patients. Solid Leadership and company values are being practiced daily.

Cons

Typical start-up speed, some might struggle with that if they haven’t experienced that culture before. Balance provider feedback with data for decisions.

Pros

Great salary range and transparency

Cons

I had an interview scheduled with Oshi Health, but there was confusion due to a time zone issue in the scheduling process. After realizing the discrepancy, I tried to reach out, however, there was no direct contact information or human email provided in the scheduling system to resolve the issue quickly. I went out of my way to contact the interviewer via LinkedIn to explain the situation and express interest in rescheduling. Unfortunately, I received a generic response stating they would not be moving forward. While I understand that things happen during hiring processes, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and limited communication channels, especially given the circumstances. I would encourage the team to provide clearer contact options and more grace in situations involving scheduling errors.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear about the confusion during the scheduling process — a time zone mix-up is a frustrating situation, and we recognize how disappointing it must have felt to reach out proactively and not receive a more personalized response. We genuinely appreciate the effort you made to communicate through LinkedIn and express your continued interest. That kind of initiative deserves more flexibility than you received, and your feedback is a fair point. We're using this as an opportunity to review how our scheduling system communicates time zones and how we provide direct contact options for candidates when issues arise. Our goal is to make the hiring process as respectful and transparent as our compensation practices, and we clearly fell short of that here. We wish you all the best in your job search, and we're grateful you shared this so we can do better.
